Domiciliary care provides support for individuals who require assistance to safely live in their own homes. Our dedicated carers ensure the person’s safety and comfort by visiting them when they need the most support. Our carers offer a range of services including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, cleaning, and companionship.
Based on the assessment conducted by our managers, we will create a personalized care plan that focuses on the individual’s needs and preferences. Initially, the visits may be short, typically lasting about half an hour, and occurring once or twice a day. However, as time progresses, we can expand our services to include additional options such as sitting services, visits from two caregivers, overnight stays, or even round-the-clock care.
